4. Improve the quality and coverage of inspection and monitoring by the SNR.
5. Optimize organizational performance
6. Develop, implement, maintain, review and improve the system of quality management (goal again.)

GOAL 1: IMPROVE CUSTOMER SERVICE USERS AND
