NATIONAL PUBLIC OPINION, ESPECIALLY TO
WORKERS AND WORKERS OF RECORDS AND PUBLIC NOTARIES

The National Steering Committee and the Steering Committee of the National Workers Sectional Notaries Public Records SUONTRAJ , addresses national public opinion, and especially to all workers registration and notary service in the country, with order to clarify the following:

FIRST: The constitution of the National Workers Branch Records and Notaries Public, took effect on Affiliate Extraordinary General Assembly, held on 17th March 2004, convened by the National Steering Committee SUONTRAJ , by invitation, issued as of March 3, 2004, by mandate of the Extraordinary General Council SUONTRAJ, held in the city of Caracas, on date, February 7, 2004, according to the provisions of article 30 in accordance with Articles 28 º, 36 º and 38 º 12 º numeral of trade union rules in force and as well as stipulated in the Regulations for the Operations Branch of the National Workers Notaries Public Records and approved by the National Steering Committee SUONTRAJ on the designated date of 07 February 2004, and pursuant to provisions of Article 451 of the current Labour Act and Article 2 of the Internal Statutes SUONTRAJ .

SECOND: The National Workers Branch Records and Notaries of SUONTRAJ , held its first elections based, like the rest of the internal organs of the Organization of Association, with technical advice and address of NATIONAL COUNCIL ELECTIONS, ELECTORAL , in accordance with the Rules for the Election of Union Officials and the National Electoral Regulations SUONTRAJ, being elected and sworn proclaimed, his current SECTIONAL NATIONAL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF WORKERS RECORDS AND SUONTRAJ Notary. The recognition of that electoral process, was published by the Electoral Power, in the Electoral Gazette of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela No. 360 dated February 27, 2007, which consists of Resolution No. 07131-057 dated 31 January 2007, issued by the National Electoral Council Electoral Power, in which was resolved to recognize the electoral process conducted by the Organization of Trade Unions - SUONTRAJ in accordance with Article 53 of the Rules for the Election of the officers of Trade Unions.

THIRD: As demonstrated, the SECTIONAL NATIONAL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF WORKERS AND RECORD NOTARIES OF SUONTRAJ, is duly legalized and legitimized to act as representatives of all workers assigned to the various Registries and Notaries the Ministry of People's Power for Interior Relations and Justice, all in accordance with the provisions of article 95 of the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Conventions 87 and 98 of the International Labour Organization (ILO).

FOURTH: SECTIONAL NATIONAL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF WORKERS AND RECORD NOTARIES OF SUONTRAJ , representing workers affected by BREACH reiterated by the authorities of the Autonomous Service Registries and Notaries (SAREN) under the Ministry of People's Power for Interior Relations and Justice stands by the prompt payment of the following benefits: Holidays (calculated with full wages as required by law), the Trust with their interests; the employer contribution of Savings, Social Security, among other things, as from the month of March of this year, has not SAREN resources to dispense these commitments, nor has it complied with the payment of transport concept transfer (must be 100%, since SAREN not moved, according to company or is, transport is a per diem) payment of scholarships, school supplies bonus, payment of thirty percent (30%) increase on basic pay, in a linear fashion from 01/05/2008, decreed by the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. FIVE: NATIONAL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF WORKERS SECTIONAL RECORD AND SUONTRAJ Notary , calls for responsible, to unify efforts in the fight for more and better rights and benefits for the working class of Registries and Notaries, and deplores attempts by pro-management sectors, to divide the workers in their struggle for the conquest of labor claims.
