On November 17, 2008 , Members of the Steering Committee of the National Workers Branch Records and Notaries of SUONTRAJ and a group of workers gathered at the Red Room of the Ministry for Popular Interior and Justice, the Director of the Office of the Minister: Dr. Fabrizio Morón Pérez and Security Director of the Ministry.

The meeting denounced the shirking by the SAREN , with workers of different registers and notaries, national and request a one-time bonus over the end of the current fiscal year, as an incentive to work and compensation of the wage gap.

- an increase in salaries and wages decreed by the President of the Republic linearly from 30%., From the first May this year.
- Payment of the Trust plus interest month by month since March of this year.
- The Holiday Payout calculated integral salary (Art. 54, Statute Law Civil Service).
- Christmas Bonus Payment of full wages calculated according to Presidential Decree and Article 25 of the Law on Civil Service Statute.
- Payment of Premium Professional Training (Compliance of Clause Twenty-Four of the Contract of Public Administration)
- The Employer's Contribution Savings Bank pursuant to the Statute of the Savings Bank and Savings Banks Act and Savings Funds (March not made the deposits, causing injury to workers).
- Payment Voucher school supplies, scholarships.
